What clients most appreciate about working with Direct IT is its responsiveness. Efficient IT infrastructure management must be based on reliable and proven solutions.

We monitor 850 devices and 66,000 parameters daily, so we use Zabbix for ongoing monitoring. This system monitors the performance of physical servers, virtual servers, network devices (Mikrotik, Fortigate, QNAP), workstations, and websites.

It collects information about device performance and status, notifying the administrator via email or SMS when critical values ​​are exceeded. The main parameters monitored include CPU performance, RAM utilization, and free disk space. More advanced parameters can be monitored, such as invalid server logins, backup status, and the correct execution of tasks on QNAP devices, among many other elements crucial to maintaining business continuity for Direct IT clients.
