We donated the first computers to refugees from Ukraine
We would like to thank all the donors who responded to our collection of computer equipment for refugees from Ukraine. Thanks to you, we were able to support the following places:
- ⦁ reception point for refugees from Ukraine led by Caritas Poznań at the Poznań International Fair – computers help in the operation of the point
- Social Emergency at ul. Borówki Street in Poznań – the computers are to be used by people from Ukraine who are under the care of the Social Emergency
- Housing under the care of Ursuline sisters at Taczaka Street in Poznań – computers are used by children from five Ukrainian families
We plan to support new places and initiatives, which is why we still encourage you to join our campaign. If you have equipment that you could give us for free or for a symbolic amount, e.g. PLN 5 and that meets the minimum requirements for the free use of the Internet and Google Docs office software, feel free to contact us. For our part, we will check and, if necessary, slightly improve the technical configuration of the computers to prepare them for their further use. We will also announce your help in posts on Facebook and LinkedIn as well as on our website.
Details about the collection can be found on our website:
Remember that even if your equipment is missing a part, we will also be glad to accept and repair it. You are welcome to join our campaign!
